Cognetas LLP selects Framework

14 September 2009, London – Cognetas LLP, the independent mid-market European private equity firm, has become the latest organisation to select 3i Infotech – Framework Ltd (Framework), a leading provider of software solutions to the private equity and investor community, to manage its private equity investment portfolio.

In advance of an expected increase in transaction volumes, many private equity businesses are taking the opportunity to improve their infrastructure and are looking to technology vendors to provide solutions that can handle everything from managing deal flow to investor reporting.
